I am a birth and postpartum doula local to Salt Lake City. Growing up in the diverse, and often under served, neighborhoods of Southern California allowed me to identify a need for advocacy for marginalized women and femme identified people. As a writer and activist, I have used my voice to uplift the voices of those in overlooked communities. I use my passion for authentic communication to educate parents on reproductive justice and to empower them in the strength and beauty of their bodies. As a doula, I hold the belief that birth is an ancient and sacred process that should be accessible and positive to all who give birth. I also believe that birth work is my ancestral calling and am happy to step into a legacy held by my foremothers, as a doula. In my work as a doula, I seek to empower, educate, and support parents from all backgrounds to connect to the sacred and beautiful calling of parenthood.
